James’s enthusiasm for motorhomes, campervans and caravans is what initially started us in this industry. He did some work experience at Maple Garage years ago and then started full time employment here after leaving college. Being an avid user of motorhomes himself, along with his wife and two children, James is more than happy to share his experiences of camping trips and road trips with you.
In his spare time James tinkers with his rally car or can be found out and about in a motorhome. “My favourite van is the Wildax Solaris XL, which ticks most of the boxes for my needs. It’s great to drive, easy to park and it comfortably fits all four of us in. There’s nothing better than sitting outside under the canopy, BBQ sizzling away and watching the sun set. My ‘go to’ place is Scotland. I love it up there, and over the years we’ve visited pretty much all areas of it, and we keep finding amazing places each time.”
Josh began working at Maple in 2012, when he was 17. He started as a trainee sales administrator and worked his way to the role of full-time sales executive within just 3 years. Now, with more than 12 years sales experience, Josh has all the skills and knowledge needed to present a customer experience to remember.
Josh joined motorhome sales in April 2023, after observing closely for 5 years and gaining valuable product knowledge before making the transition from car sales. Josh also looks after all of Maple’s social media channels and the website and handles our photography and videography duties. In his spare time, you’ll find Josh at the gym or using up air miles visiting his favourite place, the US.
Dave has worked for the business for around 15 years, beginning as a painter / panel beater. He moved across to the motorhome workshop 3 years ago, with his eye for detail and willingness to learn making him the perfect man for the job.
Dave has restored his own VW T4 campervan, including a full respray and interior fit out. In his spare time Dave tinkers with one of his motorbikes or enjoys going camping at bike rallies.
Stefan has worked for the business for over 7 years, he started off as a valeter, but his attention to detail and initiative allowed him to transition into becoming a full-time technician.
In his spare time Stefan likes to spend time with his family, and he drives to Romania every summer to visit friends and family.
Baron has been driving up and down the country collecting vehicles for us for over 3 years. When you visit us, you may or may not see him as he is usually on the road or washing his trucks.
In his spare time, he enjoys going fishing with his friends or exploring the countryside on his Kawasaki ZX9 motorbike.

We do! We understand that not every customer has the outright funds to buy the vehicle of their dreams, so we offer the option of finance.
